Making A Purchase
Browse our store and add the items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for details to complete your order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it please contact us.
Prices
All prices are published in UK £ Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK purchasing goods and service with a card your card company will convert the transaction in to your own currency. Bryco in Europe is not UK VAT registered and does not apply this tax.
Making an On Line Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard transactions with payment made at the time of purchase. On Line transactions are processed via Hidden Talents Limited through Secure Payment Services.
Card Security
When your order is placed on our website, card numbers are encrypted. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site. If you do not wish to pay online, you may telephone, fax or post your payment details to us.
Credit Card Fraud
We reserve the right to withhold despatch of goods and request additional information in order to safeguard against credit card fraud.
Order Confirmation
We notify acceptance of your order with an Order Confirmation. An Invoice is despatched with your goods confirming our contract with you.
Despatch
Business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order you will be notified.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling are charged in UK £ Sterling inclusive of packaging, handling and carriage costs despatched from the UK. Services are dependent on destination. Our charges are published on our web site and we reserve the right to select an alternative service to maintain the movement of orders.
Tracking and Proof of Delivery
All goods are shipped with a Tracking Number which require a signature on despatch and on receipt. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been despatched.
Returns Policy
All goods are inspected prior to despatch. Returned goods are only accepted against an RMA number provided by Bryco-in-Europe. Please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of order. Provide the item code, order number and reasons for return of goods. All goods returned should be in saleable condition. In the event that goods are damaged in transit contact us on receipt of those goods.
